Fire Cam makes and has made no warranties of merchantibility and fitness for a particular purpose and for all other warranties expressed or implied or are excluded by Fire Cam from this transaction. The "fire helmet camera" has a manufacturers warranty of 90 days. Buyer understands that Fire Cam makes or has made no warranties whatsoever regarding the fire helmet camera and any component contained therein. If a warranty issue is required, the buyer must contact Fire Cam to replace the product.
